Commentary on the State Enterprise Act
A team of KSB lawyers (Jan Dědič, Jana Guričová, Josef Kříž, Jan Lasák, Jakub Porod) contributed a commentary on the State Enterprise Act published by Wolters Kluwer last September (the commentary is available here).
The book received praise from JUDr. Kateřina Eichlerová, Ph.D., in her review which was published in the latest issue of “Bulletin advokacie”.

Our Lawyers at the "Lawyers and Judges Through Each Other’s Eyes" Meeting
On February 6, 2025, our lawyers Radka Felgrová, Petra Mirovská, and Vlastimil Pihera participated in a gathering at the Supreme Administrative Court in Brno, where they joined other lawyers and judges from the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, and Supreme Administrative Court to discuss the topic "Lawyers and Judges Through Each Other’s Eyes."

Advising OAMP Holding on the Purchase of Land in the Mošnov Industrial Zone
The KŠB team provided legal advice to OAMP Holding, jointly owned by CONCENS INVESTMENTS and Colorizo Investment, on the purchase of 513,000 m² of land in the strategic Mošnov Industrial Zone (Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park).
