Client Seminar – Personal Data Protection II
Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík is preparing the second part of an ongoing seminar in the field of personal data protection. The seminar will focus on specific topics in this area, such as the transmission of personal data to foreign countries, the processing of personal data of employees (including the monitoring of employees and their electronic communications), CCTV, the sending of marketing communications and other related practical questions.
As in the case of the introductory seminar, KSB’s attorneys specialising in this field, Martin Kubík, Petra Mirovská and Drahomír Tomašuk, will each give a presentation. Tým ve složení Tomáš Sequens a Petra Mirovská dosáhl po dlouhých dvaceti letech právních bojů významného vítězství ve složitém sporu o náhradu škody vůči státu za nezákonné rozhodnutí a nesprávný úřední postup Ministerstva životního prostředí v licenčním řízení vedeném v roce 2005.
