Who is afraid of new regulation of private law? Euro No. 45/2010

KSB partner Martin Šolc comments in the weekly Euro on the need to push through the new Civil Code and Act on Corporations. He draws attention to a number of problems caused by existing legal regulations for entrepreneurial environment, for example the existence of two different legal regimes for one and the same agreement, the institute of invalidity of legal acts and others.
