How to Enforce Human Rights
During almost twenty years of his work for the IBA, Martin Šolc managed a number of projects; among others, he was the chairman of one of the two divisions of the IBA – Public and Professional Interest Division. In the last two years, he has been co-chairman of the IBA Human Rights Institute. Digital Services Act Back in Spotlight

The list of very large online platforms and very large search engines, as defined in Article 33(4) of European Regulation 2022/2065 on digital services, was published in the Official Journal of the EU on March 11, 2026.
