How to Enforce Human Rights

During almost twenty years of his work for the IBA, Martin Šolc managed a number of projects; among others, he was the chairman of one of the two divisions of the IBA – Public and Professional Interest Division. In the last two years, he has been co-chairman of the IBA Human Rights Institute.
