KŠB’s X Lege Newsletter No. 3/2013
The major theme featured by X Lege No. 3 is what the new Civil Code will bring.

The latest issue of KŠB’s newsletter contains an article by KŠB managing partner Dagmar Dubecká on transactions as of 1 January 2014, which includes details on transaction structuring and due diligence, as well as an emphasis on the informal nature thereof. The changes will affect associations of apartment owners and individual owners but also developers, builders and financing banks. In addition to the new Civil Code and the Corporations Act, X Lege features an article on whether it is better to sell real property in 2013 or to wait until 2014.
