KŠB Wins Case for Major Bakery
KŠB has won a court dispute over the release of unjust enrichment for one of the leading bakery companies in the Czech Republic.

The case ispart of several parallel and intertwined disputes whose total value is over CZK 100 million, which together form a complex and demanding legal agenda that requires unwavering dedication by our litigation team. With this victory, we have successfully defended our client's legal position in a CZK 7 million dispute before the Municipal Court in Prague, as the Court of Appeal, building on ourprevious successes before that court and the Czech Supreme Court in parallel disputes.
