Chambers Europe 2022 recommends KSB in nine areas

The renowned British rating agency Chambers and Partners recommends KSB and its representatives in nine areas in its current annual report "Chambers Europe 2022".
  • Banking & Finace
  • Capital Markets
  • Competition/Antitrust
  • Compliance
  • Corporate/M&A
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Employment
  • Projects&Energy
  • Tax

Pavel Dejl has once again defended his position as one of the leading experts in the Czech Republic in the field of Dispute Resolution as well as Competition/Antitrust, with clients recommending him with the words "a great expert in competition law who always brings ideas and helps reach a successful decision."

Also this year, KSB's tax team with Helena Navrátilová as a key expert in tax advisory ("Helena Navrátilová is very much able to think innovatively and outside the box") is praised as unrivalled.

In the Corporate/M&A category, the yearbook highlights the highly experienced team led by Dagmar Dubecká ("She is proactive and a great expert with great knowledge.") and Martin Šolc ("If he does something, it is always to achieve a goal."), who is included in the prestigious Eminent Practitioner category.

Martin Krejčí is recognised in the Banking&Finance category and Vlastimil Pihera in the Capital Markets category ("He has very good knowledge of bond issuances and benefits from good connections with the authorities too.").

In Projects&Energy, partners Václav Rovenský ("He has significant experience with large construction projects.") and Tomáš Sequens ("He is skilful, and oriented in legal regulations valid specifically for our type of business.") are recommended.

Associate Michal Hanuš, who specializes in employment law, has been newly included in the yearbook ("...enters the rankings on the back of positive feedback from clients.").

The Chambers Europe Yearbook is the result of an analysis of a number of criteria, with the greatest weight given to the experience and opinions of law firm clients themselves. We would therefore like to thank them in particular for their long-standing trust and positive feedback on our work.
