Assistance to Seyfor Group in Another Significant Acquisition

The KŠB team, led by Ján Béreš with support from Drahomír Tomašuk, assisted the Seyfor Group in acquiring a 100% stake in NCC, a.s., Slovakia's leading provider of software for leasing and loans.

NCC's flagship product is the all-in-one information system LeasIt, which manages the complete leasing process, from offer to contract termination. This complements Seyfor's OneCore system, which has made the company a leader in the Czech leasing software market and successfully enabled its global expansion.

Our assistance included negotiating the acquisition agreement and related documentation. We collaborated on the transaction with the Slovak law firm Nitschneider & Partners.
