Advising O2 Czech Republic on Its Acquisition of Nordic Telecom Regional

KSB's team (Petr Kasík, Martin Kubík, Ján Béreš and Ivan Michňa) advised O2 Czech Republic on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Nordic Telecom Regional, a Nordic Telecom group company.

Nordic Telecom Regional is a Czech telecommunications provider which currently serves more than 100,000 end customers via a fibre optic network and 5G and WiFi technologies.

Our advice included negotiating the acquisition agreement and related documentation, including setting the terms for integrating Nordic Telecom's 5G business into Nordic Telecom Regional prior to the transaction.

For more information, see Nordic Telecom's press release (in Czech).
