KSB's team led by Drahomír Tomašuk and Ján Béreš, with the support of Jan Černohouz, provided the owners of ANESAN with comprehensive legal advice on the sale of 100% of the company. ANESAN operates a long-term acute care hospital in Český Brod, which is the oldest healthcare facility of its kind in the Czech Republic. ANESAN’s facility is located on the premises of the Český Brod hospital and has a total capacity of 15 beds and a highly specialized team of doctors and nurses.
