Assistance to J&T Banka in refinancing CENTRO Nitra

KSB's team led by Josef Kříž recently advised J&T Banka on the refinancing of CENTRO Nitra, a shopping centre in Nitra (Slovakia).

A project of Discovery Group, a company engaged in real estate investment and the development of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe (mainly shopping centres, retail parks, office and industrial projects), CENTRO Nitra was opened in 2006 as the first modern shopping centre in the Nitra region, with more than 90 stores, restaurants and other services on more than 33,000 sqm.

The transaction was supervised by partner Martin Krejčí with the participation of Tomáš Trávníček and Jakub Mehl. We would like to thank Hillbridges for their assistance with the Slovak part of the transaction and DLA Piper, who represented Discovery Group, for their excellent professional approach.
